We had Puffs, Fish and Chips, Discos, don't remember drinks, except what we brought from home (vimto) or Water from School, our milk was FREE, shows you how much older we are lol

Jim, You are 12 years younger than me and Debs so prices sound about right for then. Debs is getting on a bit the memory is not what it was. Cheeky sod I don't ever remember paying more or less than 10p for crisps, but then I did go to a Church School on the Height lol, slightly better class haha

Actually, I got a shock the other day. We used to get Frazzles at school for 10p. They were the stipy bacon ones. I saw some in a shop the other day and they are now 30p a pack!!! They still do other 5p, 10p, and 15p packs of 'corn' snacks at the same shop though.

Wagon Wheels??? More like Matchbox Wheels these days!! And have you seen how small Curly Wurlys are now?? I can prove they've shrunk, cos I used to carry mine in my pencil case and they were the same length as a school ruler = 30cm or 12 inches in real money. Now they're less than a third of that!!! Robbery!!

WHITE MICE, they use to be HUGE, and iain got me some the other week from Explorers they were horrible, taste like powder Sherbert Dips, oh and Jim we called em Bacon Rashers haha Garry your making me feel ancient lol

Wham Bars and Highland Toffee. They used to give a bar of one or the other away free with the Beano once every few months!
