The reason is that the forum Photobucket account is not upto date. It is a subscription photo hosting site. As the subs have run out/ not been renewed all images not appear blurred. Sadly until they are renewed, all images hosted by that site will remain blurred.

I take it this was a newspaper article ? You could try Salford local history library where most of these images and newspaper articles are taken from? I think you wwould have to do this in person and make an appointment to use one of there viewers.
