Trying to research Nellie Morris who was a Volunteer Red Cross Nurse in WW1. She died of pneumonia in Salford during November 1918. She lived at Gardener Street, Pendleton. Her parents were George & Mary Morris. Any help much appreciated.

redges,
I have searched Ellen, Helen and Nellie on the National Archives. I can not find a medal card for any of them, so I would assume that she never served abroad.

1913 directory. There is a Mary Jane Morris living at 1 Gardner street, Pendleton. Occupation: Midwife But only show head of the household at the time.
The same lady is there a couple of years early with husband George William Morris and daughter ANN ELLEN ( could this be Nellie as it is a nick name for Helen/Ellen at times? )
