Timewatch: The Last Day of World War One
Saturday 06 November 8:30pm - 9:30pm BBC2
Broadcaster Michael Palin tells the story of how the First World War ended on November 11, 1918, and reveals that soldiers continued to be killed in battle for many hours after the armistice had been signed. Recounting the events of the days and hours leading up to the 11 o'clock ceasefire, Palin tells the personal stories of some of the last troops to die.

Red button thingie------if there's 2 programmes on tv at the same time you can watch one then watch the other after. Or, if you want, watch them both the following day.
