Private Ewart Sadler is another who is buried in Monton Unitarian Church churchyard. According to the CWGC website his grave ref. no. is 638 and I suspect it will be a family plot. He died on new year’s day 1917 and was serving with the Manchester Regiment. His is probably the youngest of the 74 boys and men on the Old Salfordians’ Memorial Plaque which has recently been re-erected in the University of Salford’s Peel Building on the Crescent. Can some kind soul photograph or transcribe the gravestone for the Old Salfordians’ Association? We are researching the 74, at least six of whom are buried locally.

I have Private Sadler's pictures and have emailed them to you. Didn't you receive them?
They are on a different PC than the one I am using, give me a few minutes and I will post them.
