His father signed up 25th Aug 1914 but was discharged 1st Oct 1914 Pte. 11237 - Boarder regiment. Must have re-enlisted as he is shown on the 1918 Absent voters register, Salford south division. 17 Prescot street, Salford. Pte. Charles Traynor - 20168, 328 Prot. Co. R.D.C.
