cpl 40285 albert,goodrick gough labour corps parkside,brackley rd,monton discharged through debility 4-7-18 died 1919 aged 34 drapery salesman+buyer son of john+elizabeth formerly of 188 weaste lane,pendeton
albert is not on the CWGC,i dont know if he died from the effects of his service,but his disability was the result of active service,he has a pension record,only a death cert will determine the cause of death.

James joined in Manchester on the 25th Novemeber 1914 aged 21. A skilled carpenter who had studied at Salford Technical College. On the 28th june 1918 he was reported wounded and taken as a prisoner of war, he died due to those wounds on the 30th June 1918.
The 1911 census shows James, aged 17, an apprentice joiner, living at 172 Worsley Rd, Monton.
