Outrage over theft of war dead plaque

Police are investigating the theft of a bronze memorial plaque listing the names of the those who died in war.

The plaque is thought to have been stolen overnight between Monday and Tuesday from the memorial on Park Road in Crumlin, Caerphilly, known locally as Mining School Hill

I just don't have the words to describe what I think of such people. Well, nothing that could be published to a public forum such as this.

Sadly, the crims have got wise to the police appeals and checking with scrap merchants and are melting down their own plunder prior to weighing it in for scrap, so the dealer is buying something unrecognisable and such items are lost forever to the criminals greed for an easy buck.
