Emma (Spitfire), Sheila (Halifax1948), and I attended the Remembrance Sunday service at the parish church of St. Paul Peel in Little Hulton. I would like to say right here that we wish to thank all the people we met there today for making us all feel so welcome. The service was lovely, and I was personally very impressed by the band from the Air Cadets who were there. They were exquisite, with not a single wrong note or tone, and the drummers were perfect and precise. They were a real credit to their unit, and a fitting tribute to our fallen and wounded servicemen and servicewomen.
