Hello all,
Long time no see - hope that you are all well and happy.
Need help on this chap - John Thomas Warham Service Number 10227 - 18th Bn. Manchester Regiment - Died 22/04/1917, near Arras and buried London Cemetery, Neuville Vitasse,
There are bits about him on here at St. Lukes and All Saints.
Anything would be great other than the above (know the street he lived in was Weaste) But any Grave Pics, Manchester Evening News / Salford Papers information etc would be a brilliant thing to make a friend smile.
Thanks in advance and if you could email me on steveh1968@hotmail.com I would be grateful
Steve

Hi Steve, I hope all is well. The following was published in the Salford Reporter on the 19/5/17 There is a mention of him in the MEN on the 23/5/1917 link nut I think the mention is only included in a list of casulties.

Interested in the press cutting info provided here. John Thomas Warham was my grandfather. Visited Arras and CWGC cemetery at Neuville Vitasse a few years ago - have photos of headstone. Also have original painted portraits on cardboard of both John and his wife, Elizabeth - can provide photos. But no idea as to who did these.
