Sent to us by Ken Harris. Samuel Kenneth Harris, born 26th Jan 1917 at 142 Marlborough Road, Broughton He was a Royal Marine serving onboard HMS Erebus. He was killed when on shore in Trincomalee, Ceylon (Sri Lanka) 9/4/1942 during a Japanese air raid on the port. He also had the honour of serving on HMS Repulse and the famous HMS Hood. Attachments:
