I will leave you to decide if this is the correct man. His attestation paper gives place of birth as Rainsough, Manchester, which would be a good match but mother's name looks like "Mary" which is inconsistent with the name on the grave "Nancy" (maybe a second wife of John Nicholas Hacking?) .
