Montague Johnson died October 4th 1952 as a patient at Broughton House. His medal card shows that he served with the 7th Dragoon Gaurds (9645) and later with the Northumberland Fusiliers (90271). Left the UK on the 9th September 1914. At sometime during the war he was injured as he received the Silver War Badge and was discharged on the 19th August 1918. He was entitled to the 1914 trio.
