A wonderful opportunity to meet, listen and speak to the author of Made in Myrtle Street, B A Lightfoot.
Made in Myrtle Street is a book about a Salford man's experience of the First World War and how his perception of the world changes during/after the war. The descriptions of Salford will take many of those that read it back to the Salford of yesteryear. Funny yet poignant, heart warming and heart breaking.
Book early to avoid disappointment.
