Hi all,
I have just spent a wonderful couple of hours with a fantastic old chap called Maurice Marlow. Maurice has been documenting memorials from around the north west for the last 10 years. He has kindly trusted me with his hand written notes on the Greengate Memorial, the notes include a small drawing and all 156 names.
A big thank you to Maurice.

Jim,
Maurice is getting on a bit, he doesn't have phone, PC etc... But he is very interested in what we are doing and was very pleased with the pictures of the Museum memorials that I had printed off for him. He is a mine of information and he is more than happy to share this information. I can see many more meetings taking place in the future.
Before I forget he told me that the Eccles Co-op memorial is in a pub called the Toll Gate Seymore Grove, Trafford, Manchester, M16 0TG.
