I have just spent a couple of days working in Glasgow and was lucky enough to stay in a hotel directly opposite the Glasgow Necropolis Cemetery. Granted not everyone's cup of tea, but I found it fascinating. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. Entrance

In an attempt to keep some relevance to the forum here are a coupe of memorials. These are sited just outside the entrance. Dedicated to the men who served with the Royal Highland Fusiliers. Dedicated to the Glasgow servicemen who lost their lives during the Korean War.
