Hello everybody I'm trying to find information about my great grandfather's service in ww1 reg no and well everything i can .. All i have is this photo i've only just recieved of him in uniform but using Ancestry i just can't find him.... He was married to Sarah Jane Connolly and lived i believe Earl Street or Priory View... Hi, the reason i asked about which religion he was, is that forum member rexgregorian is compiling a register of Salford Roman Catholic men who served during the world conflicts.
